Learn how to manage a focus group project, even if you have never done so before. In this 4-session class, Instructor Delanea Davis will guide students through the process of planning and managing a focus group project step-by-step.

In Week 1, students learn about specifying objectives and documenting a plan. In Week 2, we cover facility selection, online focus group platforms, screening, and managing the recruitment process. Week 3 prepares students for working with a moderator, coordinating with the facility, and managing clients for the observation process. And finally, in Week 4, students explore project conclusion best practices and reporting options.

NOTE: This class includes homework assignments, and students should be prepared to spend one hour per week on homework.

Per student fee includes 4 classes (90 minutes each) for a total of 6 hours, examples, demonstrations, exercises, real-time Q&A, replay access for 60 days, 30 minutes of 1:1 instructor access and completion certificate.
