The course helps corporate research professionals and their research agency partners become strategic business assets. Students will walk away with a toolkit they can use to frame business problems, conduct scenario planning, and create a blueprint to become a powerful business partner.

Dr. Chris Grabarkiewicz-Davis has presented on this topic at national conferences, including TMRE and AMA events. In this course she uses case studies, lectures, and hands-on exercises, so students can internalize and apply the lessons to their work.
